Reason for Registering	Parent of an Athlete, You are the parent or guardian of an athlete that will be participating in activities with us. An Athlete, You are an athlete who will be participating in activities with us. Team Manager, You are team manager for a team you are registering. Coach, You are a coach for some of our activities. Referee, You are a referee for some of our games. Park District or Athletic Club Employee, You manage administrative functions for an organization we work with.
